YC Europe GmbH successfully held its Annual General Meeting 2017

YC Europe GmbH held its 2017 Annual General Meeting as well as the Second meeting of the Board of Directors at Yuchai Power Building on 11 September 2017.
Shareholders presented were: Qiwei Wu, Xingyong Ning, Decun Li, Fengqi Gan, Qing Ding, Norbert Schuchert & Clemens Ortgies.
The meeting conducted detailed analysis and discussions on market conditions in Europe, business conditions of YC Europe GmbH, as well as optimizations for development and investment plans for the next three years. The meeting also held in-depth discussions and exchanged ideas on the current situation of international energy industrial development and market conditions.
In response to Europe’s future regulatory control on Non-Road Mobile Machinery (NRMM) emissions, the Board of Directors and the technical team worked together to analyze products and regulations, provided an effective set of solutions, and asked corresponding principals to immediately invest in R&D.
The gas-powered products of YC Europe GmbH earned wide recognitions and good reputations after nearly 20,000 hours of trouble-free consecutive operations. The customers are eager to be provided with more products with greater power range to meet market needs. Yuchai Group will accelerate development of new products to meet European customers’ needs.
YC Europe GmbH’s trip to Yulin has concluded with extensive exchange of ideas in technology, AM services as well as development of new products. It is believed that, supported by the Yuchai Group, YC Europe GmbH will make great strides in the near future.
